Accuracy, fluency and comprehension are the key components of an effective reading assessment.This workshop offers an accessible and engaging professional learning experience, designed and facilitated by experts. Participants will thoroughly examine the Benchmark Assessment System and explore how to utilise the system to accurately benchmark students and design effective literacy instruction that meets the needs of all students.

Completing the Fountas & Pinnell Benchmark Assessment System Workshop will contribute 5 hours of QTC Registered PD addressing the following Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW. Accreditation is processed after completion of the workshop and only upon request.
