Veronica is an eLearning Advisor and Unit Coordinator at Swinburne Online, Melbourne. She specialises in teaching pre-service teachers in the Master of Teaching (Primary) program, in Literacy and Indigenous education units. Veronica’s professional background includes classroom teaching, specialty teaching as a teacher-librarian, and providing in-learning support at primary and tertiary levels. She is passionate about quality literacy instruction and meaningful assessment strategies to drive best practices in planning and programming. As an educator, Veronica engages students and teachers in highly effective, problem-based, critical literacy instruction and shares her passion for all things language!
