He holds a Bachelor of Economics, as well as qualifications in accounting, management and business administration. Con has over 15 years executive leadership experience and more recently has focused on the strategic value of Learning & Development. Con's career highlights include receiving an Australia Day Medallion and an OECD Award.
Con is highly regarded for his passion and work in the area of evaluation of learning, learning innovation and learning impact. He has also coached and mentored many people, helping them reach their potential and deliver business results. He has a track record of success in designing, developing and implementing key projects that deliver on corporate outcomes. He also has outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, and he excels at facilitating C-Suite meetings to involve all stakeholders in understanding the issues and develop a process that leads to the achievement of business outcomes.
